I thought about calling this "Mimi's Sour Cream Coffee Cake" because it so clearly reminds me of my grandmother. There's something about the sweet, warm combination of cinnamon, sugar and toasted pecans that just feels like a grandmother's hug.
This cookie has a rich, slightly tangy dough (made with sour cream, of course), and is topped with lot and lots (and LOTS) of cinnamon-sugar & toasted pecans...we even gave it a streusel filling. I think Mimi would've loved it.
