Our Cowboy Cookie started as one of our rotating flavors but as soon as it disappeared from our cookie case, we got complaints. Lots and lots of complaints. The combination of oats, Heath Bar bits, milk chocolate, toasted pecans, coconut and sea salt was just kind of magical. We now bring it back as often as we can.
This brownie is a marriage of the Cowboy Cookie and our Dark Chocolate Brownie. It's crunchy/chewy/nutty/salty/sweet on top of a rich/fudgy/chocolate... We're pretty sure there'll be a little chaos when this goes out of rotation too!
